1. Do I have to provide the cleaning supplies?No, we bring our own.

2. Are your products safe for the environment?While we do use products containing chemicals for tougher cleaning jobs, for the most part we always prioritize eco-friendly products.

3. Do I need to be present when my home is cleaned?While it is perfectly fine, it is also not required. For scheduled sessions, our staff will be in touch to discuss how best to manage access to your property in your absence.

4. Do you offer Covid-19 disinfecting services?Yes, we do.

5. What are the available payment methods?Master Card, Visa, Interac and cash.

6. Is tipping required?Tipping is not required nor expected but is always welcome.

7. How often should my house be cleaned?The frequency depends on several factors, such as the size of the household and whether you have pets.

8. Should I clean before the cleaner’s visit?Absolutely not! We’re here to make your life easier by taking cleaning off your hands.

9. What are your working hours?Monday – Saturday: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
